What Ramavera is

Ramavera is a travel discovery and planning website. We describe destinations and experiences and link to third-party booking platforms. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or reseller. We do not take payments, issue tickets, or enter into a booking contract with you.

Bookings happen with our partners

Every booking is completed on a partner platform — GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook or Trip.com — and is governed by that partner's terms, privacy policy and cancellation rules together with the terms of the operator running the activity. Questions about a booking, change, refund or complaint must be raised with the partner you booked through, as we have no access to your booking.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep descriptions and practical details accurate and current, but content on Ramavera is provided for general information and can become out of date. The partner's listing at the moment of booking is the authoritative source for price, availability, inclusions and cancellation terms. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Affiliate relationships

Ramavera may earn a commission when you book through partner links. We add no booking fee or markup. See the affiliate disclosure for details.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or reuse our text and images commercially without permission. Site content, branding and layout belong to Ramavera or its licensors; partner and operator names and images belong to their respective owners.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramavera is not liable for the delivery, quality, safety, cancellation or refund of any experience — those responsibilities sit with the operator and the booking platform — nor for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Travel documents and personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own visas, passports, insurance, health requirements and for judging whether an activity suits your fitness and circumstances.
