  • The Trianon estate has no timed entry, so an independent visitor can spend the rest of the day at their own pace — the part of Versailles most day trips truncate.

Guided day trips wrap the same admission in coach transport and commentary. They are a transport-and-convenience purchase; they do not unlock anything the estate withholds from independent visitors.
